eBay Marketplaces is eBay.
The deduction would be for fees owed to them. As you don't have a store it would be sales fees.
What does the eBay invoice say? That will tell you exactly what it was for.

Part of it would be for the items you sold, although for what you sold, it seems rather high. You have items listed in Vehicles, I could be wrong, but something is telling me they have an insertion fee, regardless of free listings, plus you also get charged if they don't sell. I could be completely off the mark here. Have a look through the help pages and see what the fees are for, for selling in the vehicles category.
Or just do what Dave said and have a look at your invoice, to see what they fees are for.

Of course you have to pay for this. You signed up for eBay Plus. It is not a free service, and costs $49 annually. Your subscription was obviously up for renewal; it renewed; you were charged the applicable subscription fee.
I'm not sure why or what you don't understand.
