buyer accidentally left neg feedback

My buyer left a neg feed back although nothing was wrong as I followed up & have an email saying that it was an accident, how can it be fixed?

Hi from the US. Have you tried sending a feedback revision request to your buyer? That should do it. Good luck.
BTW, here on eBay.com, it's very easy to mistakenly leave neg feedback. It comes up automatically. So buyers, please be very careful and double check feedback before you submit.
