Hi when I try to sign up for ebsu plus I get a message saying you are not eligible to to customer care homepage.I have not been selling for a long period,however I buy items often.Any idea wh I cannot join?
In 1.4 in the link below it says "eBay reserves the right to accept or refuse membership in its discretion".
Only eBay knows why they won't let you join up, you could ask them but they tend to not want to answer those sort of questions, citing privacy concerns.
Judging from this page eBay Plus for Sellers | Seller Centre, because you have been selling before (even f it was a long time ago) they might still see you as a seller, and if you are not a top-rated seller apparently you don't qualify.
Maybe you can create a new account as a buyer only, and then apply to join from there.
