Item not received request via Ebay resolution centre

I have just opened a request in the EBay resolution centre for two items not received - both from the same seller and ordered at the same time.  In the resolution centre I have said I still want items but have requested the seller provide tracking details.  I understand the seller has three business days to respond etc. etc. but my main question is that since opening the request the item listings have disappeared from my purchases list.  Am I no longer able to view these listings while being handled by the resolution centre??  Just curious as I have never needed to use the resolution centre before.

Last time I had a 'Not Received' case the item had disappeared from the purchase history, but could be found in the resolution centre section (where it states action needing to be taken etc).

Also, if you're wondering about how you would find it to leave feedback later, when you go to leave bulk feedback these items should be there, even if not showing in your recent purchases (if below the 60 day limit).
