Hi, I purchased a lounge suit with a lot of carved timber. Seller lives 15 mins drive from me, I paid on delivery, big mistake I should've paid with Paypal I regret it now. Listed as very good condition with few scratches, when I checked it had long crack on timber on the 3 seater, dirty cushions, many scratches, a lot of damage to timber.
I contacted seller, told him item not as described and that I'm willing to pay for return fees, he said he accepts no return, maybe the delivery guys did the damage and in his opinion condition of cushions good.
What are my options now? Please help!!!

Leave feedback to say how the transaction went.
If they have opened a non payer dispute then call ebay and tell them you have paid when it was delivered and you think they are trying to get away with out paying the fees.
If they sent an agreement to mutually cancel then decline it.
