I am asking for a friend who made her first purchase on Ebay. She bought a tablet which was dead on arrival, the screen was frozen. She returned the tablet COD to the seller who refused to accept it, Australia Post have received it back and she is expected to pay the cost of postage to collect a non functioning tablet. Paypal have agreed to refund the money however, she is not sure at this stage is they will refund the $25 if she has to collect it from the post office. Does anyone have any advice.
