3.  Location is a Capital City or State.
4.  The price is very low.
5.  Prices end in 2,3,4,6,7,8 due to USD and GST.
6.  Seller has hundreds or thousands of items.
7.  Feedback is +5 digits and lots of negatives.
8.  Spelling and grammar is poor.
9.  Photos look artificial and photo shopped.
10. Australia Post's lowest parcel rate is +$5.00 locally.
