Going through my cent auction purchases I realised a few of them must have used fake tracking because it claims to have arrived when it definitely hasn't. Beyond the margin of error, think several days to a few weeks. So I've opened a fair chunk of " Did not receive, request refund" cases and most of them have gone through smoothly, but sometimes I just get

It might possibly be the "Friday Gremlins" at work - eBay does site maintenance on Fridays which can and does screw things around. Try again later on.
