Closing a resolution

How do I close a resolution? They want me to press somewhere in order to get my refund?

If you have been told to close a case before a seller will refund you, don't.

The case closes automatically when they refund.

Who does? the buyer or eBay?

If it is the buyer, especially if they are in China, proceed with caution as it could be a trick

I am really not sure sure 'thats how it works' , but as I've just seen this as you've posted I just wanted to say it

I have not been through the process myself but I am sure one of our members who have will be on today to advise
