How can a seller retract their item on the last day,after I bid their asking price can I appel

all sellers have the right to end an item early, upto 12hours before the end.  thats ebay rules.

Many sellers list their items on other sites to avoid the high final value fees that eBay charge. The seller may have done this and sold elsewhere.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with that.  A listing can be ended at any time at all as long as it is more than 12 hours before the end time.  It can be ended for any reason at all too.
