I want to give a eBay voucher as a Fathers Day Gift. Is this possible?

So recepient can log on to eBay and purchase whatever they please...

They are not available on ebay Ausgtralia.

You could send some money to his paypal account so he could buy what he wants.

No, I believe it's only available to US accounts if at all anymore. 

But if your father has a PayPal account you can simply gift a PayPal amount then he can use that on eBay or any other online site.
