I purchased 3 pairs of airpods from a Ebay Seller in October 2019 and all three pairs are now not working.  They came with a "warranty" but now I can't contact the Seller to claim warranty.  What are my options?  Or have I lost my $389.85.

Unless you bought from an authorised Australian reseller of them the warranties are worthless.

Your options are as padi said.

Buy from an authorised reseller of the goods.

If, as is likely, the seller is overseas, warranties aren't enforceable.

You have done your dough - you are way out of time for eBay or Paypal disputes. If you paid with a credit card, your bank MIGHT allow you to initiate a chargeback, but it is unlikely.
