Can you still make an offer to a seller on an item that has ended without breaking any eBay rules

Contact the seller through eBay Messages from the link in the listing. (It will still work even though the listing has ended).

Make your offer. If the seller is agreeable, then they just need to relist the item, and Bob's your uncle!

(I really do have an Uncle Bob, so for me, it's always a given LOL)

Just be careful how you word it, ask if they are going to list it again and if they will you are hapy to pay ??$ if it is listed BIN and they tell you when it is uploaded.

That way you avoid any chance of being reported for trading off ebay, some sellers don't like being asked for some reason and will report if they can find a valid reason.
