Is anyone having problems connecting with Paypal via Ebay today?

My Browser keeps telling me "This page can't be displayed" and even if I try to log in to Paypal it says the same thing! I cannot

even get to the site?

Had a similar issue about 3 days ago. Just went to PayPal directly, was the only way I could access it. Issue lasted a few hours.

YES! I can not pay for a purchase today, and can not open Paypal, either via Ebay or directly. Is anybody else having this problem?

This is what happens if I attempt to pay for an item right now using Firefox:

"Return to eBay

At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to eBay and try another option

Return to Merchant"

I decided to try Internet Explorer instead and the payment went through just fine.

I got through okay.It might be your internet provider is having problems.

Ebay has recently updated it's SSLV3 access. In English this means anyone who uses IE7 or below can't access certain Ebay features. The topic is under Home > Community > General Announcements > October 2014.
