Brought an item on 24thjanuary 2024. Today is 2nd march 2024. Have  noT RECEIVRD ITEM. WHAt DO I DO

You say 'timeframe quotted by seller'

It is eBay who puts the estimated delivery dates

What was the estimated delivery date?

Have you contacted the seller?

Did they provide a tracking number?

What do you do?

You use the tools eBay give you and open an item not received dispute (and follow through with it) within the time limit  - no more than 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date that was shown when you bough the item

What was the expected delivery date range?

This is going to be crucial as you can only open an ebay claim for item not received within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

If I were you & the item was due some time early Feb, I'd be opening a proper ebay claim now, today. Don't delay.
