That's the account they've hijacked which hasn't been used for a year and means nothing to the scammer.
You need to report it to eBay so they can re-instate the account to it's rightful owner.

So now they may have your Email address so you will need to watch for phishing Emails you may get that
could contain a Trojan or Keylogger.
Police mean nothing to them as they hijack other accounts and use them to scam members.
It's a scam and as such you just need to ignore them and don't communicate with them by staying in "touch"
you increase their chances of gaining more information from you.

Make sure you throw in a helmet, boots and a jacket, poor sod will probably need that too...
