On the 9/11/2021 I purchased a Black Diamond Ring Ref 0*22-07829-97789 for a Christmas Present. Unfortunatly the band broke. We have been advised by a Jeweller that the band suffers from perosity which means that there were air pockets in the 9ct band. I have taken a photo of the ring but don't know how to attach it to this letter.
Could you advise how do I contact the seller now and sort out how the ring can be repaired.

Graham - can't you find the item in your purchase history - hence contact the seller.
Check for more than 60 days - in the drop down.

There is no warranty on items bought on Ebay.
What do you expect the seller to do?
You could send them a message, but I don't think you will get anywhere.
Others may advise opening a case through Paypal as you are past the 30 day window for a dispute in Ebay.

I think it's the last seller who left feedback for you. Go to their page and contact them from there if this is the case (you can add photos to messages). I don't think they will do anything, but you can try, and if you want to open a PayPal case I think you even "have to" contact the seller before starting a dispute.

Depends on date of receipt... 60 days after that.
