It does say 100% activity with the seller, but it is the only item the winner placed a bid on in the last 30 days, and the 100% activity refers to the last 30 days.
The other auctions have different bidders too.
Once I saw real shill bidding, and it was outrageous. The same bidder pushed the price up for all auctions (different items), and when he or she won, the item was relisted...
(By the way, naming and shaming is not allowed on this board. It is OK to share item numbers, but not the name of sellers.)
