Returns and cancelled orders which has been closed without my knowledge

Hi All,

My order was claimed due to the fact that it was said to have been returned arguably for a wrong delivery address but it was not wrong and I contacted the seller but no response but saying "Thanks for the feedback"

How can I contact ebay dircectly while the case was closed for the reason that the case has passed 21 days ?

they have atrocious feedback....did you pay by Paypal? If yes, you have 180 days to 'claim' through them

Who paid for the return?

Did the seller actually send you a shipping label?

That would have had their address and would have been at their cost.
