Could you post the item number please? If the seller advertises USPS then they should use that service although the USPS Priority would probably be nearly as expensive as the GSP.
I would be furious to end up with the GSP if I was expecting the USPS service too.

I have just checked the item number and it is clearly showing as GSP although the seller mentions using USPS Priority in the description.
The GSP shipping is actually quite good....a lot less than the USPS Priority rate would probably be.
When you message your other seller they may say they don't use the GSP but you will end up having to pay for it....often sellers have no idea they are opted into the service by ebay until they get a message from an international bidder.

Really annoyed at the seller. USPS is USPS. Not GSP. Not sure how a seller can be unaware if they post something to PB instead of directly.
Is it appropriate/permitted to leave negative feedback for a seller over GSP related issues? Particularly where I expected USPS. Or is that another eBay veto of free speech?
It isn't the seller's fault that you use your iPhone because of restricted telco service. Apart from that, sellers who ship by GSP are immune from negative feedback becaSP related issues like late delivery etc.
This is what I saw when I looked at the listing:
So maybe only switch to "full view" when buying from the USA and UK.
