There is an item in my Cart that i want to cancel. Reason, Seller cannot ship to address mentioned

Is it just in the cart or did you commit to buy?

If it is just in your cart, there will be a delete button next to it

If you committed to buy, you cannot cancel and need to pay for the item

If it is still in the cart unpaid look for Remove (it's under the item cost) and click that.
