What exactly does this mean? They have reached them limits and are honoring the purchase? That what it seems to me but I'm not sure as I've never gotten one of these letters.

What Does This Mean?

An item can be removed by eBay for a variety of reasons, and as far as I know, they'll never state the reason. If the seller is still a registered member, the best thing to do would be to contact them and ask for confirmation of any details you need.

If paid via PayPal (or other method with protection), just keep an eye on the timeframe for disputes should it become necessary.

Thanks for that. I did send them an email so I'll see what they say. And I'll be marking on the calendar when to open a dispute if I need to.
