Why can`t I have direct contact with your suppliers

Matters can be resolved if a lot of this Red tape is removed and we can have direct contact with your suppliers

We do not have anything to do with the 'supplier' you bought from

eBay does not have 'suppliers' since eBay do not sell anything

You can always send messages to sellers, unless they have blocked you

What red tape is this?

Buyers have all the power

If you do not not how to use features such as opening a dispute etc, all you need to do is post here and ask for help

We can't do that based on a vague comment

The heading sounds like they expect access to seller's personal email addresses and/or phone numbers. Could be wrong, but since they don't consider eBay messages 'direct access' and they didn't come back to elaborate , who knows?

You certainly aren't going to get direct access to my suppliers.

If you buy from me you can directly contact me through eBay messages or, maybe, my phone number. I know sellers get buyers' phone numbers, not sure if it works the other way
