Can't speak for the specific product but I can tell you that the company from which you bought it is one of the worst on eBay and are subject to numerous complaints every month. All I can suggest is that if it is still withing the 45-day Paypal claim period, you lodge a dispute with Paypal and seek resolution there, as I very much doubt you'll get any satisfaction from the company itself.
