Nor would eBay, who neither sell anything or read here
You need to contact the seller directly and communicate with them
And at least read the basics of buying as soon as possible
Obviously you bought on a different account than what you are posting here with (which is totally fine)
But did you buy using your own eBay account, or did you buy as a guest?
