Where do I locate ebay stores on this website?  I cannot find them anywhere.

go to site map and click on 'more ways to find items' > click on stores

Could be because most have fled due to the new policies.

If you know the seller's eBay ID or store name you can find them by clicking Advanced next to the blue Search button.
On the left hand side panel select By Seller if you know the ID, or Find Stores if you know the store name.

If you don't know the store name you can find all stores using Advanced Search.

Click Advanced next to the blue Search button then use keywords to search either Items in Stores or Find Stores.
