feedback left buy seller negative in positive

hi there a seller has left bad feedback in the positive feedback pretty much straight after auction ended is this allowed to do and can i have it changed this happened even before contact was made, and upon ringing him he said that he had thirty or so people bidding on different parts from his auction it was a car for wreck buy a wheel nut for a dollar auction and he ended up getting the **bleep**s and gave everybody bad feedback in their positive feedback very annoyed.

Sellers can not leave false +ives and if the feedback is reported to ebay, the feedback will be removed and the seller will get a sanction.

Report this to eBay and they will remove the feedback. There are not many times that they ever remove feedback, but in the case of negative comments left in the Positive section, breaks one of their rules and they will remove it if you let them know. I had this happen to me once, and eBay DID remove it, so I do know what I am talking about.
