It can take a day or two for the membership to go through.

So depending when you subscribed perhaps give eBay a call.

In ebay's terms they say that you will receive it within 19 days and you must apply for ebayplus membership immediately and not take up the trial offer.

I didn't receive my voucher within the time stated. I gave them a ring and they said they were having problems, but sent me one straight away via my messages with a redemption code.
