I have placed an order on 24 February 2024: Order number: 20-11217-42618 - Invoice ID v2_1cbffb5b-7f21-4de8, I have not received any comunication from you and I wonder if I should cancel payment as I have not received the goods as ordered.
Please advise.

Not eBay here, other members like yourself
You did not buy from eBay, eBay do not sell anything
Have you contacted the actual seller and asked? (the first step)
What was the estimated delivery date shown when you bought?
Other members cannot tell anything from the invoice number
You can't cancel
You do need to read the buying basics
And open an item not received dispute and follow through with it, within the time limit

I guess it's the seller you left negative fb for? They don't exactly have stellar feedback.
You will have to wait until after the estimated delivery to open a case (you then have 30 days), but first you should contact the seller.
It is the 11th day today. Maybe your item is still in transit.
Concerning "eBay Commerce", yes, that's what eBay order confirmations now say, or also PayPal (You authorized a payment o eBay Commerce). This is because of "Managed Payments", but you still have to contact the seller directly if there is a problem.

They'd not left that neg when I posted my reply
Which I doubt they read, (0r did but ignored )since they say they are going to cancel the order
And yeah, 20 negs within the past month alone
I certainly would not be buying or trusting software from them
Or any random seller on eBay for that matter
