Searching for anything on Ebay has become so slow due to all the ads coming in and long running scripts....this is making the whole experience very ordinary and frustrating.....how do you stop the ads from coming in?

Also, if you happen to be using IE as a browser download Firefox/Chrome they're far more eBay-friendly. (Firefox has "adblockplus" already there as an add-on)
