Help with Chinese Characters on Pewter Dish Please

My knowledge here is nil. I assume that this is a Chinese vintage / antique pewter lotus bowl with hardstone inlays. Does the writing on the base add to that description? Apologies if it is shown upside down. Thanks for any help.

Help with Chinese Characters on Pewter Dish Please

it just name and location of the factory or maker (?)
by that i mean it's not specific to street name, number, province
it just name of a building in the centre line reading top to bottom
right line top to bottom means "front door xxx" can't make out the character
left line looks like a name of a yard, can't make out the last character

so the answer to your question is no
