How to clean Keinrichfabrik

Can anyone please help me with how to clean a Keinrichfabrik tea set. It was originally silver.

Also, any idea of value? it has a teapot and 2 cups.

Could it be Heinrich - well known Bavaria manufacturer.

When you say silver - is it like this?

If it is silver overlay, then it should clean up with a silver polishing cloth, like you can buy in the supermarket. I would think an actual rub on silver polish might be too severe - the silver overlay is probably quite thin.
