Wondering if someone would be able to help me identify this 37cm wall plate, seems to be 2 different themes going on in the picture, thank so much.

Unable to put a second photo up of the back, it keeps saying "post flooding". Anyway the back says TA.SA.CO and signed AK.

It's a hard one. Very little to go on.

Hard to pick the era, let alone the country.

It's not like you have "English roses" and Frilly neck shirts which date something quite well.

I would suggest that the centre decoration is attempting to look like an antique English delft plate

but the poylchrome border looks quite anachronistic - I don't think anything like that could have been produced in those days. Compare

The AK is probably a nod to Dutch master Albrecht de Keiser late 17th century.

Don't know what the other marks may mean. I have no idea where or when it was produced, but my (complete) guess would be fairly recently?

good detective work by siddie.....  def. not an English plate, much more likely to be European (Italy perhaps?)
