Trying to identify a decanter

I've come across a glass and pewter (?) decanter with a stopper that has these markings on the bottom. 

It came with a flyer about Williamsburg reproductions but I am not sure if they belong together, given the decanter has a Made in Italy sticker on the bottom (maybe that is a reproduction too?)

I haven't been able to find anything similar googling

Any help appreciated
