So here the story:
I've ordered the item and it wasn't delivered. After 15 (!) days of waiting and answering twice the sellers question if my address is correct (and it is), I receive this from ebay:
"The seller provided tracking information that shows the postal carrier tried to deliver the item to your address. You can pick it up from the postal carrier." Case closed. Money stolen. No item.
I have:
1. The tracking page on AU Post, clearly saying:
"The item returned and delivered back to Sender" -- not left at the nearest office, mind you
2. Proof that my address is correct and another parcel from ebay arrived to it just fine.
3. Proof that the seller had the right address right from the start.
So case is not closed. Not so fast.
I'm writing this to let you know I'm opening the case with ACCC and the Ombudsman.
You obviously think that you can just steal my money and get away with it because the sender told you they did a good job.
I tend to disagree.
