poor kids stuck in a wheelchair for life and thats only worth $150,000?

that wont even cover chairs for her lifetime.

That would be the fine for the company breaking the law.  It is not the compensation that would be paid to the girl.

That is unlikely to be decided for some time yet....they have to allow the injury to stabilize before awarding the compensation.

Oh the poor little girl,  it's    beyond tragic.  .   

What i'm wondering is why the Centre was at fault when an instructor told her to make the dive.

• Possibly   there  was a  diving board above the shallow water,  or there was no    adequate signage?    

How on earth could this dreadful thing have happened?
