Another one that saddened me was a 23 year old ice addict,on wrong side of road, hit a cyclist,left him critical and in a coma for weeks,permanent disabilities and she takes off to hide her car has got 4 years jail...its jail at least but not a huge deterent or punishment. It would be devastating to be in that situation but I cannot understand not at least calling an ambulance. There should be a compulsory term for hit and run added to any sentence.
