Help with email settings - is this the correct board to get an answer?

Hi All,

 

I get emails from a cousin who has two email addresses - one which I can read and see pictures is the hotmail one and other one is a gmail address that I receive the way as below:

Is it my settings or does Joan have to change her settings. She advises that no one else receives them like this.

Thanks for your quick response, but it is not me that has hotmail or gmail - I just can't received the emails from Joan's gmail address because they all look like gobbledy **bleep**. The hotmail emails are fine.
