the first thought i had when hearing of the numbers the UK and the USA were sending home was

 

how many russian diplomats are in those countrys?

 

how many remain after 23 in the UKs case and 60 in the USA's?

 

and why was it the UK didnt recall ALL diplomats in russia, close all embassys, cut all ties with russia.

after all it was called an act of war!
