Warning - Very sad story. Petition for recognition and memorial.

This has resurfaced in the news recently.

Extremely sad and should never have happened on so many levels.

I have signed the petition and encourage others to do the same.

The petition is to have a memorial for Cassidy Trevan as very little formally has been done to recognise the tragedy.

That is a a very sad story, and the petition is very good idea.

Sorry Kopes, but I don't see this as a public Petition situation.

Even the mother says she does not want a memorial so surely her wishes should be respected.

Now that the students know the situation it is up to them to make sure it doesn't happen again in their school.

Her mum has said it has given her purpose.

And feels the school needs to acknowledge the problem.

Many feel the school has quietly brushed it under the carpet.

This is a crime of it's worst kind.

Yes, it is a terrible crime but the Police were prepared to act.....if the girl was not prepared to stand up for herself in any way there is not much that they can do.
