Oregon has recently introduced a bill that will prohibit drivers from having any technology in their sweaty hands, including Kindles, smartphones, tablets, computers. One doesn't have to be using them, it is illegal to have them in their hands. This includes taking a hand off the wheel to fiddle with your radio or disc player....you have to be stopped to do so, on the side of the road. Going to be hard for the nose-pickers. Thank Dog I have radio controls on the steering wheel. Oh, and 3 strikes and you're out (of $2500)...........
