First up, i dont condone anyone hitting anyone else except in self defence.

but i ask, why, when no actual harm was done to the officer did he carry through with charges leading to court?

after all, he says "Once we actually ascertained that she was Ms Voller, things clicked into place ... due to the incidents that happened with her son in custody."

so he knew who she was and what had just been broadcaste about the treatment dished out to her son.

surely to then put her through the court system was over the top.

I think the fines were entirely appropriate if not lenient.

No matter who she was there was no excuse for attacking officers who were only doing their jobs and tried to ward off her aggression by moving away from her.  They did not know who she was at first and were not involved in the incident with her son anyway.

No wonder her son has behavioural problems 😞
