Auto payment of Ebay fees via Paypal not show Paypal acct (but shows paid on Ebay)?

Hello All,

I've just started selling on Ebay again after a long hiatus. 

I've set up my account so my monthly Ebay fees are paid automatically via Paypal.

My account shows that the fees were for my January invoice have been paid a week or so ago, but I cannot see where this money has been debited from either my Paypal account, or my bank account and credit card linked to Ebay.

Essentially, it feels like I've paid for free, because it is marked paid but not money is missing. 

Is there something I'm missing? I want to know where the payment has been taken from so that I can keep my accounts in order.
