Does anyone know if I can get my purchase history from many years ago? as in 2011?

I bought a necklace years ago, I just had something fixed and I am certain they have ripped me off. Trying to find the seller, so I can ask specific question re my necklace. Can I access my infor from so long ago? I realise the pics wont be there, but the description of the listing shou;d be in the ether somewhere right?
