Firstly, message them through ebay messaging via "Ask a question" at the bottom of description in the listing.
If you are in a transaction and they are not replying to your messages, you can get their details.
Select advanced next to the search button and in the left margin select "find contact info".
Follow the prompts , you will be emailed their details and they get yours.
