ebay does as it pleases misdirects, casts blame, insults and bullies.fails to live up to its policies. it has left me deeply depressed after insulting me and refusing to admit their mistake. and palming it off as someone elses problem.
wish they would listen and fix their policies.
really depressed after years of membership
time to move on
do not beleive the buyer protection policy it is a fraud

I am sorry you are stressed over this, but if you can calm down a little, and tell us what has happenned, what procedure you have followed so far, and why you feel you have not received a resolution, or how you are being bullied, we may be able to assist.
eBay is a selling platform, so it is unlikely they are the bullying party, sounds more like the seller/buyer who is inflicting this on you.
There are regulations and there are steps you can take to ensure you are fairly treated.
Please give us more info.
