You are not contacting ebay here....the boards are run by volunteer members. Ebay does not even read the boards.
You bought the phone from a Chinese seller although the phone is supposed to be in Australia....there is no mention of any warranty and for the most part warranties on ebay are not worth the paper they are written on.
If the manufacturer will not help you then it is pretty much a waste of time pursuing the seller after all this time.
