It depends on the seller you are buying from.
Check with the seller to see if they accept it but not many on eBay would, only very large sellers.
Or look in the payments section in the listing.
Many accept direct bank deposit or credit card payments therefore no need for Bpay. And I wouldn't recommend Direct Deposit.
Easier with PayPal because you can link the account with Paypal and then becomes the same as what Bpay does except you will also have buyer protection with Paypal.
