my father dose not have a eBay account and all payments via eBay are on my account. I can not see anything on my eBay account and it's also not eBay plus as they are $49 per year. Can I please have more information about this please.

Where does it say your father was charged $53 if you cannot see it on your account?

Does it show a charge on a bank statement of his?

Or did he get an email from a scammer pretending to be eBay?

it was on his bank statement as when we went to the accountant it popped up.

Go to purchase history and change the option at the top from 60 days to 2021.

Then look at the purchases to see if any match.
