You (or someone you allow to use your account) DID authorise it when you (or they) signed up to get the $15 voucher. As has been explained to death dozens of times over on dozens of thread from people who sign up for the voucher, click they have read and agree to the terms when they have'nt and then demand to know why they are getting charged the fees they agreed to in doing so. You will keep being charged EVERY month until you cancel the subscription

Assumingly you did not have any fees or such due?

Have you contacted them to ask?

Or advised your bank if it is not a legitimate charge?

As Sandy said, we cannot advise. Many people seem to have had problems in the last week or so. I only use Cashrewards. I almost signed up for Smarty Cashback some time ago when somebody asked about it here and I checked Scamadvisor that said it was safe, but when they wanted my cc details just to sign up I just closed the tab.
